RETURN/EXCHANGE OF GOODS
You may receive a refund or exchange for your purchase subject to the following conditions:
- returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Item(s) must be returned unworn (including used for photo/video shooting), in original condition, and must not have been altered or washed. All tags and labels must be in place.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and returned to the customer.
- Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer the return of quality Goods, which, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 172 of March 19, 1992, are recognized as such, which is non-refundable: home textiles, bed linen and towels.
All expenses to the return/exchange of goods of proper quality are relies on the the Buyer (in particular, costs related to delivery).
All expenses to the return/exchange of goods of improper quality (factory defect, our error) relies on the the Seller (in particular, costs related to delivery).
The return and exchange of goods is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the territories of the Joint Forces Operation.
REFUND:
1. After receiving the goods and confirmation by the Seller that the requirements for the returned goods are met, we refund the funds.
2. If the payment was made through payment services (LiqPay), the funds will be automatically returned to the card from which the payment was made.
3. When returning funds to the Buyer's bank card, the term of receipt of funds to the Buyer's account may depend on the policy of the bank that issued the card.
